Happy Halloween everyone! Have you picked out a costume? Bought some tasty treats for the kids? Hung your decorations? Made and eaten some green monster mash?
Wait? Green what?
Green monster mash!
Because it’s the Halloween season, I decided to get into the spirit and post a Halloween party recipe!
If you just got your costume on and you’re rushing to a party, try making this extra green, extra easy, extra scary guacamole.
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt (and more to add to taste)
- 1/2 a lime
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of onions
- you can add extra spices if you’d like
In a mixing bowl, mush the ripe avocados into a paste like texture. Add your salt and lime and mix through. Then add your onions. If you would like to add anything extra like cilantro or garlic, you can add it now. Adjust salt and seasoning.
And you’re done! Easy, delicious and great for parties.
Might I suggest eating this dip with these amazing chips?
I would! I hope you have fun at your parties! And I hope, unlike me, you get some of this stuff before it’s gone!
